How do I book?
Use the booking form and tap Book on WhatsApp, or call or message +84 942 006 888. We reply to confirm the pick-up time and the final price.
Where do you pick me up?
From your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter. If your hotel is 5-6 km away, we can meet at our office at 78A Tran Nhat Duat Street, Hoan Kiem.
What is included?
An English-speaking guide, a professional driver, the open-air jeep, hotel pick-up and all entrance fees. Water, coffee, lunch or dinner depend on the tour; each tour page lists them.
Small group or private?
Small-group tours are cheaper per person. Private tours are customised to your group and can start at any time.
How many people per group?
Sunrise and sunset tours take 2 to 6 guests, and the Ba Vi tour takes up to 4 on the small-group option. Ask us about larger groups.
What about payment and cancellation?
Please ask us when you book. We confirm payment and cancellation terms with you on WhatsApp before the tour.
